Do you charge for estimates?
No. For most jobs we can give you a solid ballpark over the phone. If we need to come out and assess before quoting, that assessment is always free.
Do you work on older homes?
Yes — a significant portion of our work is in older East Tennessee homes with galvanized or outdated systems. We're familiar with what you'll typically find and how to address it.
How soon can you come out?
For non-emergency work, most jobs are booked within 2–4 days. For emergencies — burst pipes, major leaks, water heater failures — we are available 24/7 and we aim to be there same day.
Do I need to supply the fixtures?
No — we can source everything, or you can supply your own and we'll install it. Either works. If you're buying fixtures yourself, we're happy to give recommendations before you purchase.
