We would rather tell you the boundary than waste your time. Holston runs one truck, and it covers a corridor that runs from the Powell and north Knox side, through east Knox, out to the Jefferson County and Morristown core. That means Strawberry Plains, Corryton, Mascot, Holston Hills, Powell, Halls, and Fountain City are genuinely in our area. West Knoxville, including Farragut, Hardin Valley, Cedar Bluff, and Turkey Creek, is not somewhere we can serve well right now. When we add a second truck, that changes, and we will say so.

Because the truck is garaged in Powell, we route days to start and end on this side of the county. For you that usually means a genuine same-day option and a tighter arrival window than an outfit driving across town.
We do not currently serve West Knoxville. If you are in Farragut, Hardin Valley, Cedar Bluff, or Turkey Creek, we would rather say so up front than take the call and let you down.
